New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie Blasts Phillies & 'Bitter' Fans, Says They 'Suck'

"Christie, a Dallas Cowboys fan who in the past said Eagles fans were generally angry, terrible people", this time said the, "Philles suck". In January, Christie, who prefers NY teams and also the Dallas Cowboys, went off on Eagles fans, whom he called "generally angry, bad people", during an interview on the "Boomer and Carton" show on New York's WFAN.

It's clear Christie is not a fan of Philadelphia sports teams. I'm just saying a New York Mets fan isn't allowed to say it.

"This judge has once again violated the Governor's constitutional rights and intentionally ignored the earlier ruling by Assignment Judge Mizdol", Christie spokesman Brian Murray said in a statement.

"They're an angry, bitter fan base and it's not safe for civilized people to go to Citizens Bank Park if you want to root for the other team", Christie said. Still, that matchup left a searing impression on Mr. Christie. Mets fans have been oddly fixated on the use of the slogan, which McGraw made famous when he was a Met during the team's 1973 World Series run.

Chris Christie joined President Donald Trump for a White House a midday meal Tuesday less than 24 hours after national security adviser Michael Flynn was asked to resign after misleading Vice President Mike Pence. "My view is, I have got a job to do as governor, and then my intention is to go off to the private sector and to help support my family". Her aide, Novella Hinson, plugged the local favorite, the Philadelphia Eagles. The member station adds, "The complaint accuses the governor of failing to stop subordinates from purposely creating traffic jams to punish a Democratic mayor who didn't endorse him".

"I'm a sports fan, and I enjoy that stuff", Christie said during the segment.
