Did Adele confirm she's married in tearful Grammys acceptance speech?

It won best alternative music album and engineered album, non-classical.

In the piece addressed to the awards' producers Ken Ehrlich and David Wild, Frank explained why he kept he decided not to submit his music for Grammy consideration, writing: "If you're up for a discussion about the cultural bias and general nerve damage the show you produce suffers from then I'm all for it".

The 28-year-old singer was collecting her gong for Album of the Year at the awards ceremony at Los Angeles' Staples Center on Sunday night (Monday NZT), and hit headlines when she dedicated the prize to Beyonce. And they stand up for themselves. "I love you, I always have, and I always will".

However, Adele was gracious enough to dedicate the award to Beyonce, during her acceptance speech. "Beyonce, it's so monumental", Adele said to her tearful rival.

"I am truly honored to be hosting the Grammys next year", Corden said in a press release, last November.

Until Adele's abrupt restart, Beyonce was the talk of the show. With "Lemonade" universally adored, this was another hard defeat in the category: she drew support from Kanye West when Beck's "Morning Phase" won over "Beyonce" in 2015, but didn't join the argument. She was introduced by her mother and former stylist, Tina Knowles: "Ladies and gentlemen, with my mother's pride, my daughter, Beyonce".

Beyoncé did go on to win two awards - best video for Formation and best contemporary urban album - but her accolades remained outside of the main categories.

Photos at the end of the night showed both the stars holding their own Grammys.

In another notable Grammy moment, hip-hop troupe A Tribe Called Quest ripped President Trump during a politically charged performance. The title track grabbed best rock song and rock performance.

Grammy Awards 2017, Where To Watch It Online and On TV?

This isn't Adele's first hiccup at the Grammys, of course.

She smiled today and was visibly pleased with her performance when it was over, telling the audience: "Hello, baby". Sure, we appreciate the competition and the drama, but how awesome would it be if the artists simply supported one another instead? He also won in the categories best new artist and best rap performance. They removed their trousers when accepting the award in homage to their earlier days when they watched the Grammys at home in their boxers.

And for the record, Adele and Simon aren't shy about their love for one another, despite keeping mum on their actual relationship status (which isn't really our right to know if they don't want to share, anyway).

But many were upset at her words and said separating people by race was "insidious and rude".

Challenging the two for album of the year are Justin Bieber, Drake and Sturgill Simpson.

Best Dance Recording: "Don't Let Me Down" - The Chainsmokers ft.

So, who will walk away with big wins this year?

Chance The Rapper accepts the Grammy for best new artist. If she does, it would only be the second time in history that has happened.
